Through member-led initiatives, the Estate Whiskey Alliance™ (EWA) seeks to explore, elevate, and advocate for the principles inherent in whiskey crafted through estate production methods. Central to its mission is a rigorous certification program, which grants distilleries a non-exclusive license to place the esteemed Estate Whiskey Certified™ logo only on products meeting or exceeding the program criteria. As part of membership benefits, distilleries gain access to invaluable research and education resources focused on advancing regenerative farming and sustainable estate whiskey production methods. Alongside the non-exclusive trademark license, membership in the EWA provides distilleries with validation of their commitment to quality and locality, as well as entry into a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of whiskey craftsmanship.
